Pharmacy Weight Loss Bury is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic serving patients in Bury and across the UK. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC No. 9012511). Our services include online consultations, prescription assessment, and dispensing of weight loss medications.

We reserve the right to decline any consultation or order where we determine, in our clinical judgement, that treatment is not appropriate or safe for you.
All prescriptions are issued by a registered prescriber following review of your completed consultation. Submitting false or incomplete medical information is a serious matter and may result in harm to you. We accept no liability for adverse outcomes arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
A prescription will only be issued if it is clinically appropriate. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be provided following consultation. Prescriptions remain the property of the prescriber and cannot be transferred without our consent.
Full payment is required at the time of order. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. Payment is processed before your consultation is reviewed.
We do not store full card details on our systems. By making a payment, you confirm that you are the authorised cardholder.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, appropriately packaged packaging to maintain patient confidentiality and product integrity.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to the nature of prescription medications and UK pharmaceutical regulations.
If your consultation results in a decision not to prescribe, a full refund of the medication cost will be issued. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the clinical review has been completed.

Our services do not replace your NHS GP or primary care provider. We provide supplementary, specialist weight management support. In the event of a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department immediately.
Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects. You will be provided with appropriate patient information leaflets with your medication. It is your responsibility to read these carefully and follow dosing instructions. If you experience unexpected side effects, discontinue use and seek medical advice promptly.
We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for providing and improving our services. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
